Welcome to Florida Man’s Toys! By visiting our store, attending an event, or using our website, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use

  • Florida Man’s Toys is a family-friendly environment. We ask all customers, both online and in-store, to treat staff and fellow visitors with respect.
  • By shopping with us or attending events, you agree to follow store policies and staff directions at all times.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone acting in a disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful manner.

2. Online Store & Orders

  • Our website allows customers to browse products and place orders for in-store pickup only. We currently do not offer shipping.
  • Orders must be picked up within 7 of confirmation unless other arrangements are made. Unclaimed orders may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and inventory are accurate, but mistakes may occur. In such cases, we may cancel or adjust your order and notify you.

3. In-Store Purchases

  • All sales are subject to local Florida sales tax.
  • Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 21 days of purchase for in-store credit only with a valid receipt and original packaging. Certain items (e.g., bulk bricks, opened sets, clearance) may be final sale.
  • Returns/Exchanges are offered at staff discretion, and valuations may vary.

4. Events & Activities (Build Classes, Robotics, Parties)

  • Registration may be required for some events. Space is limited and offered on a first-come basis.
  • Parents or supervising adult must be onsite during events.
  • Participation is at your own risk. Florida Man’s Toys is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage during events.
  • Photos and videos may be taken during events for marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to your likeness being used unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

5. Store Policies & Safety

  • No running, climbing, or rough play inside the store, no vaping or smoking, ADA Service animals only.
  • Food and drink are not permitted near event areas unless approved by staff.
  • Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Florida Man’s Toys is not liable for lost or stolen items.

6. Intellectual Property

  • LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse Florida Man’s Toys.
  • All other logos, names, and content on our website and in-store are property of their respective owners.

7. Assumption of Risk

By visiting our store, shopping, or participating in events, customers and guardians acknowledge and accept that:

  • Accidents, slips, falls, or injuries may occur while in the store or event space.

  • Activities involving building, robotics, and play carry inherent risks, including minor cuts, scratches, or other injuries.

  • Florida Man’s Toys takes reasonable precautions for safety but cannot eliminate all risks.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Florida Man’s Toys is not liable for damages or injuries of any kind arising from:

    • In-store visits,

    • Participation in events, classes, or parties,

    • Use of our website,

    • Use of products we sell, whether purchased new, used, or as part of a trade-in.

  • Our maximum liability, if any, is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, customers and guardians waive any right to claim additional damages, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or participation in our store and events means you accept the updated Terms.
